(And damn right they're fools--who else would cast Protection from Normal Weapons as his first defensive spell when fighting a Wizard??? Although I have seen even dumber spell choices: Vithal, in the Underdark, actually cast Aganazzar's Scorcher on a Fire Elemental. Hurt Jaheira with it, too. I felt SO justified when I killed him for it.)
