If it comes before late Sunday night, when all I shall be doing is last minute revisions, then I'll probably be able to post.

All I need to do is make it through Monday, and then I can begin watching less-active members get surrounded by dark beings of ill intent. They will not kill swiftly, but their bites will linger...their appetites will be unsated, and little by little...people will be ripped apart, while standing frozen in fear and unable to rescue themselves from the slow and torturous death that awaits.

That should catch everyone but Reaper up, and he's got something brewing offstage for the moment.

Bozos of Bones 06-07-2005 03:33 AM

In the last few days I know I promised to post, but something actually came up. Today, in a few hours, I am supposed to go to another town to hold a seminar related to that guide I wrote a month ago. I don't think I'll be back until saturday. I'll see if I can get internet connection where I'm at to post.
P.S. I did not post because I didn't have the time to make a long, tangible post. THe longest post I've made in the last 10 days is on the User Polls section, about that arms stuff, everything else is under 7 lines.

Is there tangible numbers for this (as in should be appended to the chart on Page 1) or is this merely a warning for PLAYERS (as opposed to actual damage to characters) If characters themselves have taken damage please update the HP lists/status table.

Larry_OHF 06-07-2005 08:29 AM

This was a warning system that was made all cute and pretty with the apppearance of the D&D style life-meter.

There is no actual damage done to players in regards to this list, and that is why I used their real names on the last line.

I'll accept that reason as valid, but I cannot heal you at this time because you failed to update the rest of us with an OOC before now.

Your virtual life-meter will remain in "injured" state, but with this post you have applied the virtual band-aid. You will not lose any more credit while you are away and will fully heal upon your next IC post. Thank you for the update!

PS>>>As I just now mentioned in my previous post, this injury is not Kynnen's injury and his HP is not affected by your absence. IC monsters will do that damage when the time comes.

Legolas 06-07-2005 10:05 AM

As for my own reason to delay, Marcos is somewhat ahead of the castle timeline at the moment. By the time he reaches the excavation, the others would already be there, and done with the initial assassments, or leaving through the main gates. I'm merely waiting for time to catch up.

Larry_OHF 06-07-2005 11:24 AM

Thank you for the OOC Legolas. As you can see, the lengthy absense of your gaming partners causes confusion as to what is happening next and who is where at what time. It made it appear that you were also MIA. What is most important when there is IC downtime is to keep an OOC on-file as to your standing at least once a week, so that the GM will not go more crazy than he already is.

We will re-evaluate your virtual life meter to fully healed upon your next IC post.
