How is Mr. Baggins now? I haven't heard from him for ages.

The small hobbit must've went on another of his "adventures".

Welcome back Mr.Brass.

Thanks for that Sythe.

Brass is back (at least for a limited period) bigger and badder than ever. Not that I was ever really bad on the boards. At least I don't think so...

As for Underhill, I heard from him a couple of weeks ago. He's fine. Busy, but fine. I don't think he's had much time for PC-fraternisation of late. He's in good form though, and was more than happy that his thread is still a hot topic for debate.

Speaking of absentees, has anybody heard from Sir Heinrich? He was going to do some work with me on the Sword Coast Proclamation Project, but RL™ got in the way. I haven't bothered with the Constitution since, as most of the hardcore Senate members had bug...disappeared off somewhere. I trust that we're all back on the boards (aside from Underhill) raring to go?

As for the duplicity of my previous statement Firestormalpha, it is because I was always in favour of the principle of Kobold Integration (K.I.) but the implementation and timescale seemed sadly lacking to my mind. All I, and the less-rabid memebers of K.A.K. asked for, was due process. We had that process in the Senate, and although there wasn't any real voting, the notion was deemed to have passed, and so Underhill's little scheme went ahead. The fact that it ended badly was nothing to do with K.A.K. and I was as perplexed as the next sentient that the shame-faced attack on Area 51 had taken place.

I hope that reinvigorates not only the debate et al, but also the investigation into the perpetrators of the heinous carnage witnessed by Underhill and his staff. Would I be wrong in assuming that no one was caught in the end?

EDIT: Is Keraptisdm still on this board, or does he hang out over at BG2 these days?

Sir Heinrich? I hate to ask, but do I know him? I don't think I do...
Glad to know that Mr. Baggins is okay, I'd hate to think he got killed in some of the attacks.
BTW, where is are 51? Have I attacked it?

EDIT Removed sig.

Well, I guess the entire slaughter-the-kobold-race is down on its ass. None of you have the right marketingmix to get this show on the road! Well at least I got my workout just like that. Serves them right not to mess with big-red-dragon-guy!!

I don't know about that Zuvio. Both - no, all parties - have campaigned long and hard on the subject of Kobold Integration. Or extermination as the mood takes you. The results will of the experiment at Area 51 will never be known, as some mendicant decided to take it upon him/her/themselves to flatten the area and kill as many of the occupants there as possible.

Whether Kobold Integration could have been the beginnings of a whole new Faerûn can only remain within the realms of speculation. I feel it would take an extraordinary character such as Underhill himself to re-examine the (entire) prospect of racial equality amongst the peoples of the Sword Coast.

Unfortunately, the whole experience of Area 51 has forced Underhill into self-imposed exile. Unless some other champion of the non-human races can be found, I feel that K.I. is as dead as Zuvio has commented above.

Have I attacked area 51 or not? I can't really remember.
And this looks like the end of KAK.

If you feed a troll kobolds, should you then eat the troll?!

ERm... I don't think that's a good idea... Trolls don't taste nice.

How would you know? Ever took a bite?

Dragonshadow 11-11-2003 10:39 AM

You never know... :D
But they look all... icky. And I doubt they taste like chicken.
