<font color=pink>A tall drow woman in light armour strode in. Alliene immediatley bowed

"I have returned, Matron Streea," she glanced up at her mother's hard face

"It is good to see you again, Alliene. Tell me, who is this slave with you? Zachana told me there were only 3 of you," her black eyes lingered on the drow woman

"Ah, she is a...half-drow slave that I purchased for her own good,"

Streea nodded, "I see, well then, follow me, Zachana said you needed information," she led them through a hallway to an extravegant dining area. Sitting them down, she looked at each of them cooly, "Well, don't waste my time fools, introduce yourselves"</font>

*Natha Bows And Speaks*

"I Am Natha, Warrior And Member Of The Sortenia House..."

Calathis looked at his cousin, and pushed back his hood. Then he looked the Matron in the eye. Alliene introduces the party.

"...And we were left the paladin standind alone..." she finished explaining. Then she explained that Calaethis was her cousin. Calaethis bowed low and greeted Alliene's mother... "Matron... it is an honour to meet you" then he chuckled slightly, "I suppose you are my aunt, in law.. or something.." Then he coughed, fearing he may have said too much. He avoided his cousins reprochful look, which promised a talking to later. Luckily the Matron smiled. "A pity you didn't teach him the proper respect along the way, my daughter..." Then she turned to Natha. "...I trust my daughter shall deal with you. I leave you all in her hands. For the moment. Go now, I shall have rooms set aside for you all." Then she smiled "Calaethis... I think you shall join you're cousin in her room; on the floor. Consider it a mild reprimand. You are lucky I didn't have you flogged or flayed. I trust you will keep a reign on you're tounge the next time."

<font color=pink>Alliene nodded, "Thank you mother, I will speak with you in the morning about our dilemma,"

After the others had gone to their rooms(ooc:well assume Kaltia is in slae quaters for now), Alliene stood pacing the floor where Calaethis sat with his head bowed

"I do not want you to mention the elven side of our family. I warned you that the Matron is a harsh woman. She kills Calaethis. I do not want her reprimanding me for your loose tongue again, do you understand? If you were not with me she would likely have you killed." she glanced down at him, then flopped onto her familiar bed, "Oh, it feels so good to be home..."</font>

Calaethis sighed. "Yes mistress but.. you said you'd tell her..." Calatehis sees his cousin is getting short of temper.. "All right! There is no need to look at me like that... you've made you're point. I suppose now you're going to slap me for inssolence... bah! Drow.. you can be so horrible to you're 'young'. Oh I forgot, I'm not one of you'res, otherwise I'd be dead." Calaethis glanced up knowing he'd gone to far... kneeing next to Ali's bed, he appologised, and explained he was frustrated. "Can I bathe now..?" he asked quietly... "I can see you're in no mood for excuses...again..."

Before Alliene could respond to her cousin's rudeness, there was a knock at the door. Getting to her feet, she glared, and shot Calaethis a look that said "I'll deal with you later." Then she walked over to the door and said "Enter". A slave timidly opened the door, and whimpered "Mistress Alliene? You Mother, the Matron told me to bring these to you... she mentioned something about 'suggesting an obeject lesson about loose tounges...'" The slave was carrying a selection of whips; drow ones, often used for torture... Calaethis swallowed hard. Aliene selected one of the whips, and told the slave to leave. Shutting the door, she turned around to face Calaethis, who was still kneeing by the bed...
Calaethis was thinking to himself... maybe the Matron wasn't so lenient after all, I think she knew Aliene would be annoyed with me... and would want to punish me herself Calaethis bowed his head, and waited for his cousin to speak.

<font color=pink>Alliene twirled the whip between her fingers as she stood over her cousin

"A Matron will be a Matron Calethis, even if its my mother, and especially if theyre drow," she regarded him with a frown, "You must mind your manners around me, and especially any drow," she set the whip down on a table, "However, I do not believe in that kind of torture, being only half-drow, so I'll condem you to the bath," she smiled at her cousins look of disbelief, "But consider yourself warned, no more outbursts like that," she picked him up and showed him to her private bath area, "Enjoy yourself"</font>

Calaethis sighed. And leaning on his cousin, whispered in her ear, thanking her for her mercy. Having entered the bathing chamber, he turned to face her. "Erm, will you be joining me? Or shall I bathe alone?" Calaethis flushed, and started to remove his tunic, not caring if his cousin saw him unclothed. After all she had bathed him as a child, once or twice. Having striped off his (upper) outer garments, he began to remove his elven-chain. Glancing to see if his cousin was still there, he called over his shoulder... "Ali.. my chain... erm, armour, where can I leave it?" Then he waited for his cousins reply.
