Why was there no jury demand?

because the lawyer assured us that it would not come to that, since there was no evidence, it all comes back to that, there was a jury trial set up, but the judge changed it, and tried him wihtout that, as for anything else, I was ony at 2 of the trials, and both ties, the da asked for a comtinunce due to lack of proof, the last few, I had to stay with the kids
