Moiraine:

Being honest, I haven't had a chance to get back to that problem, yet. Did you get my e-mail I sent you this morning?

No, no, it's a way of saying "excellent", "fantastic", "too cool", "unreal" etc.

You have the advantage of having a language other than English as your first, so the wool is easily slipped over my eyes I'm afraid. Henceforth I'll set my receptor for your posts back to humorous wise---, http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...miles/wink.gif like it normally is.

I looked at some maps of Amsterdam, Hague, Rotterdam and Antwerp today. Rotterdam is supposed to be one of the E.U. "Cities of Culture" or something this year I'm told. You know anything about this?

Yorick 03-19-2001 01:57 PM

Moiraine, that's not fair! http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-.../ugone2far.gif C'mon get rid of it!

First of all Antwerpen is Belgian and not part of the The Netherlands (that is mainly the reason why they call it Belgium and not the Netherlands) but that is something you ofcourse already knew

About your question
Rotterdam is with Porto The European Capital of Culture in the year 2001
I think it might be worth visiting as it is also the biggest Harbor in the World

I was there 15 years ago, Rikard and I found the huge port fascinating, although I preferred Amsterdam as a city. Has it changed much since then?

Dunno I visited amsterdam quite often so i don't see the differences
And my father only wants to go to china Town so i actually don't see much of Amsterdam

But i think it has
It's still a city with to many people living in not enough space http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...miles/wink.gif
That's why i love Apeldoorn
It almost doesn't have Flat's or anything
In size as big as amsterdam but in people amsterdam has about 6 times as much
