All of the FRUA dungeon walls had graphics in those squares, but the squares never get called in game.

Why is that?
I have a custom combat graphic with chairs, and true, they never showed up.

Why did FRUA never use those? Money. :) There were quite a few things that they got partially done, but the push to get the project out the door and onto the shelves, led them to never complete them.

For DC, our goal (and the original creator/coder) is to emulate FRUA, but perhaps after version 1.0 we will do something about the combat dungeons and combat wildernesses.
