I'm making a DMing call here - DAM posted that Jason was on the ground first. In the time Nivram got to him, Jason would not have got up. Therefore, Jason's still on the ground.

I think that's most logical.

I'm waiting, yes. Either on Telryn to find something rope-like (in turn likely awaiting your pleasure, I suggest pink toffee for added stickiness), for Nivram to jump up and charge the liquor bonbons or Isokla to make a comment or two.
