SomeGuy - I wouldn't worry about muscle tone not showing at age 13!! Trust me, it'll start showing a lot more after age 17 or 18. I was like you, training already a lot when I was 13, well started excercising around age 9 or 10. But then between 18 and 20 I got a lot more muscular without any extra effort. It's just the way of nature... Guess that's a long time you gotta wait though, hehe

As for the thing you don't want to list, I'm sure we can all guess what it is anyway... [img]tongue.gif[/img]

As for my resolution, I'm kinda like Aelia - except I don't need to try and remember whether I made any resolutions last year since I know I didn't :D I haven't made any now either, since improving yourself is a constant process, which I try and do at all times, not just cos of some stupid concrete resolution you make at some arbitrary point in the Earth's orbit around the Sun.

If you want to know what my on-going goals are, well:
1) To try and bring my expectations of myself and what I actually achieve closer together, cos at the moment I want to achieve so much and am so lazy, that the two are very far apart [img]tongue.gif[/img]
2)To try and be more patient with people in general. Right now I find it hard to make good friends because I don't really have the patience to show interest in people and get to know them.
3) To change my stupid lifestyle of going to sleep between 2 and 4am and getting up really late, and thus always feeling tired.
4)To do even more excercise (although I do quite a lot already)

My resolutions are:
1) Exercise more and eat more fruit/veg.
I may only be a young 15 year old, but I think I should start exercising and eating properly, instead of pizza and chips and other meals like that. My aim is at LEAST two pieces of fruit a day, and I know your supposed to have 5 a day, but I don't want to be THAT healthy ;) .

2) Be nicer to other people
Most people I'm nice to, but some people get on my nerves and I can be really nasty too *cough*my younger sister*cough*, so I'm going to try and be nicer to her especially.

That's all I can think of now, but my mum wants me to think of 5.
