Eddie Murphy saved SNL during the early 80's.</font>[/QUOTE]I still have all those sketches on tape, i love That Buckwheat stuff, or his impression of Mohammed Ali, or when he claimed to be the fifth Beatle. :D Too funny. |

I have his first comedy project on cassette. I bought it new when I was in high school and nearly got kicked off the bus, on a band trip, for playing it...lol. The cover has him with a red flower behind one ear and wearing a bowtie. Hilarious Stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Excerpt: As a youth, after an intentinal, but uninformed, splashing of cologne (Old Spice) on his privates, and then being caught by his grandma while trying to wash it off, Eddie's grandma says, "Baby, why you put your *@#^ in the sink? Too lazy to take a bath, but gonna wash your *@#^ in the sink? That's nasty. That's nasty baby!" ROTFLMAO Continuously! Anyone who hasn't heard it won't get it, but its hilarious. DIRTY! But hilarious. :D Buckwheat Talking Cars Drinking Fathers Pope/Ronald Reagan Getting Shot Hit By A Car All classics! |
Oh definitely, Ronn_Bman! I have his entire Delirious and Raw shows on mp3. They are incredibly hilarious! Anyone that hasn't seen or heard these shows is really missing out!

I hate to admit I feel that way because I believe there should be more comedy the whole family can watch together in general, but Eddie Murphy is better when he's edgy. |
