Kain (FF2/4) was actually one of my favorite characters for a long time. I always sympathized with him about the whole Rosa thing. Then again, I also sympathized with Lance (the blue guy from Voltron) for the basically the same reasons. I found Kain to be even cooler than Edge, even with the whole ninja thing. I totally wish I could've had him around longer, but I suppose someone has to drive the story.

BTW, was Kain the only left-handed character? I'm trying hard to remember, but I can't for the life of me think of another left-handed character.

man he is cool ( to me ) ! He is invincible ( if you manage to get him into your party via cheats ) ! He got a really powerful summon, ie , Super Nova ( that damn summon just repeatedly destroy every planet in the solar system hehehe...).

Having only ever played FF.VII seriously I say Yuffie! (the rest belonged to an ex) Something just made me like her.

Cid from FFVII. He was very funny especially the scenes when you first meet him.

I think nearly all of the playable characters of the FF series have their own songs. So, that isn't so big of a thing. [img]smile.gif[/img] Terra's and Shadow's are the best, I think, with Freya (FF9) being up there as well.

Brad you need to play FFX again you're missing one of the best conversations in the game. ;) Lord Starshadow how could you forget Aeris theme? That was definitely one of my favorites. I would never forget Aeris' theme! It's just not one of my super favorites like the ones I mentioned are. I still really like it, though; it's a great song.

I haven't played Kingdom Hearts, so I don't know if there are any other themes in there. Sephiroth was a good villian, but not a great villian, in my opinion. He did so cool villian stuff, but he as a character wasn't all that great. He's no Kefka, let me tell you.

Least favorite character? It has to be Gau from FF6. I could never stand to play with him. To make him bearable, I would imp him and put on all the imp stuff on him so he didn't have to Rage. He was decent, then.

I hate to break it to all you FF6 lovers but I haven't seen anything about Kefka to make accept the fact that he's supposedly the *greatest* FF villian. Of course i'm not out of the world of balance yet, so i'll keep my eyes open [img]tongue.gif[/img] . And I don't like Gau much either. ;)

Anyway, RBF you really haven't seen much Kefka vileness, then, have you? The poisoning of Doma even though he was ordered not to do something like that wasn't very nice, though I suppose that isn't villainous enough for most of you.
