Then I like many solo artists and rappers, but I guess they don't count as bands ;)

Green Day - I think they are the bomb over all, all time faves!Seen live.
Alkaline Trio - Seen em, luv em, amazing.
New Found Glory - Pretty good music. Seen live.
Blink 182 - All round excellent Pop Punk!
Lit - Good band, seen live
Jimmy Eat World - if you can call them punk...
NOFX, Guttermouth,Rancid - old skool!
Offspring - Poppy/Cheesy Punk - Easy to listen too!
Sum41 - Decent, seen live
Fenix TX - good 1st album, seen live

Ska:
Less Than Jake - Quality Commercial Ska
Jesse James, RX Bandits -not well known, seen em live.

Grunge:
Nirvana - need i say more?
Pearl Jam - Quality

Rock:
Foo Fighters - Dave Grohl, drummer in one of the best, now he's guitarist in one of the best. Great talent.
Metallica - Kings of the old!! Shame Jason left......
GNR/Iron Maiden - AMAZIN!

Nu-Metal:
System Of A Down - Great Nu-metal band at the mo
Linkin Park - good nu-metal,,easy listening
Papa Roach - alrite,,,seen live
Lost Prophets - ENGLISH!!

Indie -
Stereophonics - Nice, seen live
Strokes - Great!
Idlewild - Brittish Indie
Oasis - Words cant describe

Basically, any alternative music (in the uk), I like. Go to a lot of gigs, and I enjoy it. And I know I've forgot too many bands here...mainly because so many new bands are coming out at the moment, its hard to list them all! soz</font>

Any musical artist counts. I am a big <font color="plum">Prince</font> fan. I basically love anything from the 80's, but AC/DC just gets me up like no other band can. I've had people laugh at me in traffic because I'm "bouncing to the beat" anytime I listen to them.

How about a modified "sub-poll". Instead of Bon Scott vs Brian Johnson, how about this. Besides the 2 obvious choices (Highway To Hell and Back In Black) What is your favorite album by AC/DC? This will give the same basic results.

My 3rd favorite album was <font color="yellow">Powerage</font> I made a 2nd "Best of...." tape when I got this CD and replaced a lot of the songs on the first tape with songs from it.

A lot of good bands mentioned above,but the one i'm missing here
is Uriah Heep.Songs like Lady in black,July morning,Look at
yourself and Easy livin',just to name a few,really rock MY world.

for me, its Anti-flag, Misfits, Ramones, Andy Lame and the Lame-Os, and Dead Kennedys for Punk, NOFX for Emo, and Metallica for metal. as long as its not country, rap, or pop, i'll probably like it. although my favorite is, without a doubt, Anti-flag.
