It's not actually... It's hard to find sites that are actually helpful and tell you what you want to know.

But Kakero, don't worry, I'm sure she's just being paranoid. If you really are worried, take a test, but I'm sure she's not. A week is really too soon.

Unfortunately, there's two things that throw a wrench into things. As people have said, it may not happen at all, or, you have to wait it out for awhile. As far as I know, it doesn't happen within a week, I know my fiance started having massive pains in her stomach and was constantly sick about... 5-8 weeks into it.
