It will not detract from your build model, but if you are wanting big gains, which I don't think is your goal, then you can still implement cardio into your training cycle without loss of your personal focus..
This is a whole different subject than bulking, and weight lifting. Cardio should be done by any measures 3 x times a week. Any Dr. (MD), or fitness specialist will reccomend MORE, MORE, MORE. Some even suggesting daily, and altering your method. Where as weight training, 90% will advise 4x2 work rest, recycle. Don't fall into the hype that only food (product) X will ONLY provide you these results. You need a good diet, and use protein shakes only as a supplement, not as your mainstay. Also, have you been over to 'Mens Health' online, and searched around within their fitness area?</font> |
Not yet, thanks for the advice. I do keep a good diet, and usually get 5-6 cardio sessions done a week.
