Add HiJack This into your mix. It will offer a better chance of cleaning up the nasty stuff. And follow T-D-C's suggestion of cleaning it all up in safe mode with system restore turned off and rebooting thereafter. You may be getting rid of it, but Windows may be "helpfully" putting it back for you...
