i had trouble getting on yesterday too, said there was no data. I've noticed it does this every once on while, but yesterday it was for most of the day. I have no idea why this is, as i think others can get on when it says i can't, but I can go on all others sites fine. Strange phenomenom[sic?]

Edit: OK, so this time it was the lightning a Z's place (just read the thread), but it happens at other times. Its weird.

Yeah, lots of people have that problem. I used to until I switched to firefox... do you use IE still?

Lavindathar 06-09-2005 05:37 PM

I don't think that has anything to do with it....

I much prefer IE over FF and Mozilla...

I think it does. I don't have much to compare to though. I used Mozilla before I signed up to IW. except for when the server is down, I never have trouble getting in. The wrost problem I've ever had are those rare occasions when a link won't load and I have to click again.

You do get timeouts aswell with Firefox - I didn't really get any, until recently. Hopefully they have gone now, with the new router and NIC.

Hivetyrant 06-09-2005 07:39 PM

Gah, I always get timeouts at work, it really pisses me off, but there is nothing I can do about it :(
