ROTFL, yup, I'm backing the lousy singer so we can get Harley a gig with the band! :D

So does that make me #8 or #9 to think it was about something else? :D
*edit* and to return to the thread, I haven't listened to it yet, Brayf. Sounds interesting, though ;) [ 05-26-2005, 10:18 PM: Message edited by: Bungleau ] |
Well, I'm betting I'm #10.

11 and counting .... Poor Brayf I bet he wonders what the hell we are thinking about
I'm glad the band is back in form Brayf. I thought they would disapear into oblivion, or a cloud of white powder! |
Liam's voice is absolutely terrific, which is what I hope you meant to say. His voice has always been one of the great things about Oasis, and I think he's in better form here than on any of the other three latest albums.
You're right about the album though, it's their best in 10 years by a large margin. |
Thanks cloudy, but let me get through my recital next month first

I actually like Oasis, but the Gallaghers aren't what I'd call a fount of talent, unless you count creative 'borrowing' as talent. Shakermaker? Go Let It Out?...I mean, they barely bothered to even change the lyrics. Mancunian Faux-Snobbery is fine to a point but, like them or not, Oasis is bound to end up a footnote of some kind in music history. |
Oasis - I Can't Believe People Buy This Indie Crap is also a good album ;) :D
