Caffeine (an ingredient in Colas), in addition to ''creating an addiction'', affects blood pressure, speeds up the heartbeat and provokes cerebral stimulation, doctors say.

REALLY?? you don't say! Why else would people drink coffee (if caffeine didn't do that)? LMAO, a round of applause for this most astute research!

Also, nicely put johnny :D

Pfffft... almost everything is bad in one way or another, kinda lost interrest in that particular corner of science. An icecold glass of coke on a hot summerday is a gift from god. Bad for my bones ? Well that's too friggin bad then.
First of all i would appreciate you not being "Ironic" in what you say mate, thats the worst way of talking. i am talking about the line "LMAO, a round of applause for this most astute research! "

And Jonny Just choose one from below :-

Which one would you prefer?

An icecold glass of coke on a hot summerday .

OR

A Wheelchair when you are 50 years old because It was too hot ALL YOUR LIFE?

I am sorry but i never asked anyone to not drink Coke , Just tried to tell the people who drink heavy that "it is injurious" , just incase we Appreciate people caring for others.

It's not ironic, it's sarcastic And that's they way I am, sorry mate :D But, it wasn't directed at you, since you were just quoting, right? It wasn't you who did the research, so why are you taking it personally?

Hey decent, if you plan to stick around, you'd better get used to smartass comments, especially from me, johnny and gangrell :D don't take it to heart, it's just humour :D

That link says the report was made August 25, 1999.

These days, such information is widespread throughout any Nutrition or Health entry-level college course world-wide.

Well dude, i prefer the wheelchair at 50 if it's all the same with you. Seeing what a lazy git i am right now at the age of 39, it will probably be even worse at 50, so sitting on my ass in my comfy wheelchair all day long, having a coke and a smile, doesn't sound so bad at all to me really. :D
