I've heard of this. My friend says his professor likes to take pictures and showed the class a picture he took of a bus that said that. I'm surprised he wasn't lying (about the picture part at least).

EDIT: For those that don't get it. Try this, say each syllable as if it was it's own word and say the whole sentence in a monotone. You'll hear it ;)
