Historically the history of many trade unions and left wing parties has actually been based or born out of racial fears and means of exclusion. This sort of idiotic thinking has more than one home. The extreme right, and by that I mean EXTREME not your average Republican Party members, are currently saturated with white supremacy ideology. It is that saturation that gives weight to the right wing comments. But yes you are correct, the stench of festering racism is alive in all aspects of politics as it is reflected in life in general. Hopefully if you read the terminology of my previous post very carefully, it explains my views of the idiot concerned quite well, especially the hint that it is a unsubtle set up or bait for people to throw stones at liberals ;) And we would not want to fall into that trap blindly would we :D
Edit for English help. … Historically the history… What is a better way of saying that? It is so clumsy :(
