That's too bad, Zero. Look on the bright side, you can hire your own shiny lawyer to pursue claims on behalf of the excluded members of the class. [img]graemlins/heee.gif[/img] With one suit already settling, it wouldn't be hard for another lawyer to bootstrap his arguments....

No problems from paypal with me. But as I'm australian I guess I dont count anyroad. :rolleyes:

and dont let this put anyone of sending money to Ironworks / choc. I'm sure Paypals lawyers have suggested that they comply to the law from now on. [img]smile.gif[/img]

This is the pot of money for general PayPal members who were not injured or harmed. The theory of a class action suit is to provide all the customers of a wrongdoer with at least a small remedy.
