Well originally I thought it was a sound clip when they first started playing it on the radio. I even thought that the DJs had created it, as one DJ sounds a lot like the Mountain Dew dude LOL. It's actually better to just listen to it and create your own mental picture, which is what I did until I found out about the link.
Oh, and the DJs play lots of stuff they find on websites on the radio, if it is listenable (is that a word?) [ 07-14-2004, 06:00 PM: Message edited by: ladyzekke ] |
I don't know if it's a word, but it is now. I'd suggest you copyright the word "listenable" immediately and start collecting your royalties! :D
The radio station's here play a lot of spoof songs based on real ones. There's a couple of times I nearly drove off the road from laughing too hard. EDIT: What the heck is a Galvatron? [ 07-14-2004, 06:08 PM: Message edited by: Animal ] |
Yes there is another local station here that does those too!:
http://www.98online.com/twistedtunes.html :D Oh and I have no idea what a Galvatron is. Is it galvanized? |
I know which one I am. "I'm at the bar getting drunk. Are there women?"

LOL that was funny. Has anyone seen the move the Gamers ? I downloaded it from here a while ago. That was a crackup as well

This is pretty old...and yes, it is originally an audio clip. I'm not sure exactly how old, but the 8Bit version is newer. Characters come from Brian Clevinger's 8-Bit Theatre. His comic is bloody hilarious. :D
I love that version of it though. Thanks, LZ, I needed the link again to bookmark it! |
LOL, I'd probably be the one nit-picking about eye color.
You are most welcome Slicer, thanks for the info about it. |
LOL...I've seen that one before, but I get a laugh out of it every time I see it (mostly because it is true for the most part; sounds like a good number of the groups I played in/DMed).

Yup, Kevin the physics teacher had heard it, and that was before the days of the internet...soo...it started as an audio clip by the Dead Alewives...
