go a 20/31/0 swords build to level up with then respec at 60. if PvP is your favourite thing, try a hemo build (21/3/27) check the WoW forums for the break downs on the builds(if the thread still exisits)

I have:

Improved escerivate, Malice, Ruthlesness, Leathily ( Instant poison if your gonna pve)

Improved sinister strike, improved backstab, improved gouge (riposte is good via warriors), dont get doge cause dodge gets you killed.
ANd subtley the second option.
