Although these claims may be absoloutly stupid, in some cases it may be the fault of the manufacturer for producing a faulty or inferior product, i mean if the makers of the game cut corners or used these patterns to save time or space on the disc etc. I think there should be something done, but i disagree with sueing as a way, maybe there should just be a new updated release of the game, maybe people should read the seisure warnings, maybe it should be disallowed for people to sue for more money than hospital fees and lost income etc. none of this money for "emotional stress" just money for your fees and nothing more so that people have no real incentive to sue in the first place. Ahh, anyway that's my 2 cents
