Gorch the shop owner in Mae'Vars guildhouse sells a nymph cloak. You have to buy it before you give the evidence to Renal (before the guildhouse turns hostile)

Dundee, INT is the prime stat for sorcs in SoA. Normally sorcs get their spells based on Cha, but there you go.
Illumina, I have been playing Sorcerers since the beginning. Trust me when I say a Sorcerer can have 10 INT, and still learn all his spells. INT does not matter to a Sorcerer, save to cast a few scrolls.

~~ADD] Sorcerers do not benefit from having a CON higher than 16.

I'm with Dundee on this I played a sorcerer up until spellhold and I never had any problems lerning spells with my 12 intellience. As far as I'm aware I also got the same amount of spells per a level as any other sorcerer with higher intellience would have got.

Ooooh, I should have known better than to question thy knowledge of sorcs. ::bows:: Then I was mistaken, and I yield.

Don't worry about it.

Dundee: What is the advantage of having 18 wis for a solo sorc?

So that you get good options when you use the Wish spell. If you do not use Wish when you solo, I salute you and say good luck. ;)

The dumb thing is, you only need Wish for the last fight in ToB... ...

~~ADD] Technically though, you only need 10 WIS. Whenever you want to use Wish, drink a Potion of Insight. However, due to want of convenience and a desire to blitz through ToB, I gave my Sorcerer a default of 18 WIS.

Any item that allows you to use extra spells per level is very useful like the ring of acuity and wizardry. Also the robe of venca is a must as it decreases your spell casting time. It would depend what alignment you are as to what NPC's you should take though.
