<font color = lightgreen>I followed several news links, but I didn't see any story that stated where Italy signed the Oslo Accord. Does anyone know for certain whether or not they did? If not, then extradite him to Italy to stand trial there, since that is where the Achile Lauro incident occurred.</font>

No need for a trial, he's already been tried 'in absentia' and sentenced to 5 life terms. Seems an open and shut case to me. There is no justification under international law for him to be extradited to the US.

Of course there is no 'government' in Iraq so there can't be any any extradition agreement can there?

the article said he was a member of the PLF, allied with the PLO, does this then mean his association gets him out?
