Brings back happy memories of the day I put the manacles on the gnome!

Donut: I put manacles on the gnome!
Melusine, Davros, Epona, Moiraine, Luc: You do WHAT???????????

Lord Kathen, I am so sorry to hear that. That is a terrible thing :(
Hope you are doing well under the circumstances and I wish you all the best!
I don't know exactly the significance of the one leason but I gather it's good news, so I am glad for you

Fred, that was one of your finest moments to be sure. But I also loved it when Luc was cutting the meat for our supper, and someone (was it Hugh?) teased him about something. Your "use the forks Luc, use the forks!" was absolutely brilliant and very ad rem.

Masklinn, great return of a great idea !

LordKathen, I am bot so sorry and glad for you - I hope doctors will find a cure for your disease. *HUGS*

Donut - bah ! Next time, I'll play with English dice, hope they won't betray me like my own French ones ... ;)

About my own contribution - my husband has been myop (sp ?) since he was 6, and yesterday he got his second eye fixed (first one two weeks ago) - so today is the first day in 32 years that he can see the world without glasses.

LordKathen,
I m really sorry to hear what is happening to you.
I don't know much about this disease but if you say that only one leason in one year is a good news then I'm really happy for you.
But I sincerly wish from all my heart that your next check-up will show no new leason at all.

Guys, guys...Thank you very much for the comments. I am very early in the progresion of MS. I am really OK. I am a cab driver of all things! ;)
Just wanted to share a happy time for me.
Lets get back to happy things. ;)
Maybe someday, I will share my story with all of you, but for now, everything is great here. :D

Sorry LordKathen, I wasn't trying to derail the thread or focus on sad things. But I did want to let you know I care, too!

Back to happy things then.

My boyfriend just came back home and I'm gonna give him a huge hug now! :D
*does little happy dance*

The thing that's made me happiest recently is the fact that yesterday, I got to be very close to someone whom I care immensely about for the first time in aaaages. Joy!

And reading the other replies on the thread has really cheered me up too. Thank you, Masklinn! A great idea if ever I saw one

The sun is shining, I had a fantastic haircut this morning, then sat in the sun drinking coffee.
