Well said Crimsomblade

In fact the biggest problem I have with IW is that the forums are so great that lately I spend more time on the forums than playing BG2, which is a bit of a backfire... (checks clock on the wall)

...Oh great, it happened again, now it's getting too late to start up the game because I've been on the forum for an hour AGAIN

Thanks to the Moderators

Totally... I went to an Icewind Dale forum - while I was waiting to be accepted here - and said in a thread that I thought that Salvatore was on the right track... scimitar's were cool... I got an extremely scathing reply to the gist of "drizzt wannabe"... doesn't happen here... big thank you mods and Ziroc

How true. I wish those game developer would sort of contracted out their game help forums out to IW.

Three cheers to IW~!

Aww, there there Luvian. *hugs*

Couldn't agree more, Crimson. IW is a shining light in the dark pit that is the internet.

To IW, Ziroc and the Mods (including Luvian )!

to Attalus - I was weaned on the W&W forum - twas the search for the 4th monkey idol in the serpent temple that drew me in - and I never ever escaped ;) . Twas there I met Lily the Ranger, Wyvern, the SAZ dude, Alikitten, Skywalker et al - in those days you grew up on either the W&W side or the BG side, and very rarely the twain would meet.

Sbean awiyl shinsh eyes vistered da boogersh bars - iz youz a gole takr At,..Atter,..Atlus???

LOL @ Davros. Interesting that the "Two sides" rarely met. Except here in GD. I'll join in a toast to Ziroc and the mods, now!

In those early days GD was just a twinkle in lil Mr Choc's eye - the period I was talking about was the year 1 BGD (ie 1 year BEFORE General Discussions)
