Should I have intervened, or was I right to try to ignore the behavior? Whatever it was, that was completely unprofessional on his behalf. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I tend to be blunt, but you probably already knew that. Unless the collegue was a complete stranger or someone I had to respect (i.e. someone of a higher rank) I would probably just say, "Hey <insert name>, that's disgusting man, cut it out!"
