I hate spam with cheese, have you seen that stuff? I dont know how they call it edible! who only knows what that cheese is made from, much less how it's kept preserved >_< ...

Most cheeses are great, except for bulk cheddar which is soap.

Best of all is gorgonzola - absolutly devine.
