Well there is a bunch of us from NC, and Charlotte is fairly central in that respect. I'd love a trip to the steakhouse! :D

Come up to New York! Capital of the West! Home of the U.N. It's the centre of the world, so it all makes sense!

We could ferry around Manhattan, eat some of the finest food available, see mindblowingly fantastic music an/or an off broadway show, check out central park, Times Square and Greenwich Village, and maybe even catch my band playing live, or check out a themed nightclub.

And then we could do all again the next day. :D

A smaller-scale "get-together" for the NC Ironworkers sounds like a good idea too. And Charlotte IS probably the most centrally located...unfortunately it's over 200 miles for me to drive (twice the distance to Atlanta). [img]graemlins/verysad.gif[/img]

I've mentioned before that most of my college PnP group live in Charlotte, and we usually try to have a reunion every Labor Day Weekend. But with 3 small boys in the house, it is very difficult for me to get away for more than a day. A trip to Charlotte would require an overnight stay for me (it's a 4hr drive one way).

Still, I'll try to keep my options open.

Who else do we have in NC? I know <font color="dodgerblue">Ronn Bmann</font> and <font color="orange">LOA</font>. How many other Ironworkers live in or near the <font color="skyblue">Tarheel State</font>?</font>
