Actually, on Mac you can download Mike's Cards... amazing little program. You can customize the background, the font of the cards, effects when you lift the cards (like lightning, stars or bubbles) and of course, sounds. Has about 150 games. My poison of choice is Freecell. My brother got me addicted, and for that... well.

Sayy...do you know where you can get that? :D </font>
http://www.mikesedore.com/

Be very careful... you may not see daylight for a while. :D

Oh yes... he has stuff for Windows as well... You PC users will hate me.

I do believe that Windows was a rip off of the Mac OS way back when then 386 first made it's appearance on the scene. I had an 8086 with Tandy's Deskmate software, when my buddy was using an Apple Macintosh (the original). The Mac is to PC's as Beta was to VHS. A much better technology, just poorly marketed.
For the record I am a PC user through and through.

If the Mac owner (forget his name right now) was as good a marketer as Bill Gates, PC's would be GONE by now! </font>
No debate here. I agree completely, but it didn't happen that way. Marketing is the key to any products survival. My buddy was playing games on his Mac, that blew the PC away during that time. My high school computer tech class was strictly Macs and before that in Jr High, the Apple IIc and IIe was king. Unfortunately Apple wanted proprietary control over their technology and subsequently screwed themselves.

Both Winblows and the MacOS were based on a little known Xerox os that Micro$haft bought out in the early eighties.

Another little known fact...NT was originally Microsoft OS/2 3.0; you can even get OS/2 errors from it. :D

Sorry, gonna go play NWN or IWD2 on my IBM based PC. Can't stand Macs, marketing or no.

Well, when I bought my first PC (286), Macs were overpriced and soon to be "gone from the market in another few years"-- according to the guy that sold me the PC. Macs are still in the market but they still are overpriced too.

This was meant as a humor thread...

However, I find the strongest critics of Macs are usually those who have never used one.

Also, why is the top downloaded theme for PCs a copy of the Mac OS?
