If they constantly find excuses to talk to you about any little crap then it shows they like you. Also if they try to get your attention etc. Those are the obvious ones but unfortunately most of the time it's not that simple as the others have said. For example, my girlfriend showed that she liked me before we were going out by avoiding talking to me a lot! I know it sound wierd but she later explained that she liked me and was worried that she might say/do something stupid to put me off! Silly girl! :D

I guess this means that I have been married for eight years to someone who is not comfortable around me.

Mine must feel VERY comfortable!

Just keep in mind guys (and you know which ones of you I mean), liking someone and being comfortable with them are two entirely different things.

Other than that, Vaskez is pretty much on the dot.
And don't think that girls have it any easier at telling when a guy likes them (unless the guy is rude about it or very forward). If a guy is the quiet but friendly type, how is a girl supposed to know if he isn't just being nice?

What do you mean ? I don't feel comfortable around someone if i don't like him or her, so imo they are not THAT different.

Sir Goulum, if you are not sure, don't sweat it.

Eye contact is usually a giveaway. But aside from that, talking to the girl may be helpful. You know the signs if someone doesn't like you (you probably do them yourself).

Heck, I was a supreme note passer. Write a joke or something funny and give it to her. One of the best ways to break the ice.

Ah...the art of note passing. I haven't passed 1 note without being caught! :D
