AS for polluting the moon : Get a grip. The moon has about 1/36th the surface area of earth. That dosent sound like much buts its still plenty. YOu dont complain about the lunar lander base units still lying around up there do you? Or the crashed probes? The american flags?

The total impact of this is no greater, and if it ends up opening up the moon for more serious usage all the better.

No country has the right to simply pull out a "I can dump my crap on the moon" policy out of thin air (or perhaps, somewhere else.)

It may be small amounts of rubbish at first, but if history is anything to go by, this will escalate. The moon could potentially turn into a dumping ground.
