What I really enjoyed though was he (Clancy) was often writing about things I had been involved with or been around (the technology and programs not the actual operations) Its kinda cool at seeing stuff you were never allowed to talk about being put into print [img]smile.gif[/img] So I guess it isn't the Spy genre I like so much as the ...realness of the operations and methods and sources. With James Bond and other writers you know its all just made up, Clancy was the first writer I ever found who actually KNEW what was going on behind the scenes.</font>
