Thanks, johhny. Yes, things were apparently getting better and I was very shocked when I called last Sunday to find she'd gone to the hospital. They knew she was dying and she insisted on being home. So she was taken by ambulance to her home on Monday where she died early Tuesday morning with friends and family nearby. It's sad but also rather comforting, I think.

Attalus, please tell your family I'm most thankful for their concern and prayers. [img]smile.gif[/img] I'll miss her, no doubt about it, but she's in a much better place. :( And I know I'm truly blessed for having had the last 41 yrs with her.
