hmmm - well the last update I saw had 12 years. Life theoreticall;y means 25 years but he could be out in 2 with parole I think

Wow, I'm suprised something like that could actually happen. That is sickening. I've heard of people who actually believe they are vampires, but nothing this horrific.

I know this probably isn't something I should add, but what I wonder is if he kinda stopped there for a while thinking something like "Hell man.....I gotta drink this crap now.....", or if he just gulped it down without a second thought.

Besides that, I don't believe that 12 years was nearly enough either but that's legal systems for you. You can do just about anything today and get away with it pretty easy.

Kaltia, don't let it scare you too much.

It is a horrendous thing to happen, but bear in mind that it only made the news because it is so damn unusual. Don't let it worry you into staying home.
You're in more danger crossing the road, I wonder how some people ever got a driving license

Like my grandmother ;) No, honestly, she went straight down a really steep hill on a road too narrow to let more than one car through and into a huge puddle, which covered the windscreen, before bumping into another car that had just been coming round the corner. And she also crashed into someone's BRAND NEW BMW as they were just taking out of the garage...

Aww… Shame on every one of you, who suggest that he deserves the death penalty or longer in prison,
It’s obvious that for him to commit such a deed there is something very seriously disturbed with the balance of his mind,
Since this manifests itself as murderous intent,
he cannot control his own life without damage to the greater part of society, therefore the state should place him in a secure mental institution until he can be cured,
If he can, and thence he can take his place again as a citizen,
or If necessary he can live out the rest of his life under in the secure mental institution.

I agree with you Dramnek_Ulk, this guy obviously needs to be in a Mental Hospital rather than a Prison
