Or put a spoon up each nostril and a rubber in your ears

Take hot baths and eat lots of chocolate. If you're male, you've wasted my time and I don't like you

If you were a girl I'd have asked where you got the cramps, but now you're a boy I'm thinking of psychiatric wards in hospitals...

I will alter the topic title and ask that that you use this thread to give helpful advice on the subject and not to speculate about trolling

If Nalfein would like to post an explanation of the apparent disparity between his/her profile and this subject, that would also be appreciated.

You are absolutely right...at the time of his post here, there were only 6 posts registered and I thought maybe he was posting more in the BG forum but decided to come over here and troll...it never occured to me that he might be asking for a friend. If that is the case, Nalfein, you have my apology.

I can't offer any advice...I haven't had menstrual cramps since I had my son (over 21 years ago)...not every woman is so lucky. :D

My sister does though and she takes midol...also going on "the pill" seemed to lessen them but that is a dangerous cure if you ask me...risking cancer and other health problems just not to cramp.

now now my profile *checking* says I'm a guy

if you're a girl, hot bath and massage will help
if you're a guy, go to the doctor
if you're both, don't take too many pills

meanwhile, no trolling or spamming ;)

Though I see that you have 10 posts... so you're new here.

*notices that the post is edited by Mouse* I wonder what it said before....

If you are a guy the correct answer is to lay low, and remember you ALLWAYS answer anything asked of you with "Yes Dear" :D
If you are one of the fairer sex, then I have no advice for you. Although I know more about the female menstrual cycle then any man should or wants to know. (I'm married and have 2 daughters)

Once I hit menopause it quit hurting. Or maybe it was the Dalcon Shield IUD, it finally fell out However I am finally pregnant after using my air compressor to clear out my fallopian tubes. I need a lamaz partner though, any volunteers?
