WHOAH dude! You've really mastered that Neon Light effect, it takes me a few layers and alot of bluring to do stuff like that...

it never comes out as clear tho... you must have a secret... i understand if you don't want to reveal it... just answer me this:
If i gave you a large image like that of an outline, could you do the same effect in a shade of red to it?

I would go with #1 it is pretty cool looking.
