How is Puerto Rico doing compared to the other Carribean islands wrt crime, poverty, and such?

A Tourist had a bad fall and broke his leg and had to go to the hospital when he woke up he had one less kidney. Someone operated on him and sold his kidney on the black market.</font>

Show me proof of that horror story, friend pritchke... and show the National Kidney Foundation as well. From the Snopes page on kidney thefts...

Yeah, that sounds more like an urban legend than anything else:) I would imagine that most Puerto Ricans would be on their way to the US if things are that bad.
