Robe of the Good Archmagi:Location Trademeet from weaponsmith
Robe of the Evil Archmagi:Location 1 Underdark from drow merchant
Location 2 Hell reward
Robe of the Neutral Archmagi:ONLY available in Saradush ToB.

I still think that the robe of Vecna is better though...
