I agree and wish to add that using the more aggressive techniques has no proven gaurantee of greater success than less extreme techniques and may actually lead to more false information than true according to what I have read. [/QUOTE]
The KGB was VERY effective, just because they were evil, don't believe the propaganda that they were ineffective.
