That quiz is only based on foreign policy. Bah!

Comfortably 'liberal'. Although I guess it doesn't really count as I am not 'American', right neocons?

That quiz wasn't one sided at ALL! Note the sarcasm. I don't like far right nor far left. Both cause nothing but trouble. Im moderate conservative. Liberal whining after a successful military campaign has never been new, of course neither has conservative whining after a sucessful campaign. Its happening now with Iraq, it happened 10 years ago with Desert Storm. Anyhow, if your so against unilateral action, where were all the screamers when we bombed Yugoslavia, definately not a threat to the US, without UN support. Clinton headed that. Partizan politics are idiotic all the way around. Why do people bother making such obvioulsly biased quizes?

Neocon quiz results

Based on your answers, you are most likely a realist. Read below to learn more about each foreign policy perspective.

Realists…

Are guided more by practical considerations than ideological vision
Believe US power is crucial to successful diplomacy - and vice versa
Don't want US policy options unduly limited by world opinion or ethical considerations
Believe strong alliances are important to US interests
Weigh the political costs of foreign action
Believe foreign intervention must be dictated by compelling national interest
Historical realist: President Dwight D. Eisenhower

Modern realist: Secretary of State Colin Powell

Hmmmm... apparently if I was American, I would be a Liberal.

It just means your opinion is irrelevant to them.

I don't see how the Realist can have this:

Don't want US policy options unduly limited by world opinion or ethical considerations

and these at the same time:

Believe strong alliances are important to US interests
Weigh the political costs of foreign action

I think they fit just fine because the key to the first line is the word "unduly". ;)

I am unsure why you think the quiz was one-sided or biased. Would you mind elaborating?

[edit] Also- Was it just the quiz or do you consider the Monitor's whole feature on neocons to also be biased. Certainly the feature itself is one-sided because it's about one side.

Did anybody else get labeled as a threat to national security. I got labeled as a terrorists and then got an e-mail from John Ashcroft saying to "wait right there, we'll pick you up." Wait! That was just a daydream. It said I was a realist.
