This is exactly what I'm talking about. Big countries like Brazil or India want to be global players and therefore politically and economically independent. This is not about exploring space it's about exploring earth From space. May it be for finding resources in your own country, for monitoring the weather or other activities.

Vajpayee: That new spy satellite is sure going to teach that Pakistanis a lesson, hehe ;)
