Lock her in the bathroom with a case of beer You can join her too This is called Potty Training/Bonding. When her bladder gets full Just help her onto the toilet and tell her to do what comes natural. When she gets finished open another beer for her to celebrate
Ill ask my wife and get back to you. She might have a clue as shes had 8 kids. Cant get her off that damn Star Trek game though :( |
If you had a boy Larry, I'd have the perfect thing. With boys, just throw a red fuit loop (breakfast cereal in the shape of hoops) in the toilet and let them target practice! They'll be begging to use the bathroom and holding back to "save it" for the bathroom game in no time! ;) I came up with that one remembering how hilarious I thought it was as a kid to pee your initials in the snow. I guess the secret is to make a fun game of using the bathroom properly. Once it becomes fun instead of a chore, there will be no problem!

Both my kids were done at the 2 year mark. Kristen slightly quicker cause she was jealous of her older brother. Sean we just started each morning with him perched on his little potty watching <shudder> Barney untill he went, when he did we praised him told him how proud wer were....According to my Grandma's 2 years old is the perfect time...but I think it varys. Kristen learning from her big bro caught on a lot quicker.
