Personally, nearly everyone I have met that played PnP AD&D was extremely smart. (Some were headbangers even) and all were very smart, and also very creative.
I met this very Religious boy once when I worked at a store, and just looked at him, and one day just blurted out "Do you think Dungeons and Dragons is Satanic?" He said "Yes".. I rolled my eyes so hard, they nearly fell out the side of my skull. (THAT would be a D20 die, almost as painful as a vorpal weapon strike) [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img]
The other guys called him "Jesus boy" .. and he worked at a Comic book store (Sells fantasy AD&D stuff--haha) He HAD to sell the stuff--no doubt creating lots of young evil-doers!! :D |
