Certainly they should be able to play!

It's too bad they can't have the winning avatar, but I'm willing to be the surrogate for any mod who wins, just give me the winning avatar, and I'll carry it to "term" for them with great pride :D

Yes, let mods play, they get the nice blue stars so don't need a special picture!

Perhaps one idea would be to start new competitions at varying times so that it's not the same people online and able to answer first every time ;)

OF COURSE and they should be able to play this game!

Good idea.Or people who have won once can't win again (sorry Mouse,nothing personal),maybe make an overall list so the winner
can proudly wear that title in her/his sig afterwards?

Or send your answers by e-mail? (just thinking out loud here)
Maybe three questions per photo,one for North-and South-America,
one for Europe and Africa and one for Asia and Australia?

Just thoughts that come to mind now.

I like Epona's idea of staggering the competition starts too.

I have to say Mod's should play if they want to picture just remove the mod from them on, Who here can't name the mods.
As for new members they probalby don't care whot the mods are and if they are abusive to them when mods dish out the modly wisdom they get punished like if they treated anyone else that way. Beside it will give them a break from the hard work of modding as an extra reward.
As for Epona's ideal I have to say that I agree.
I also thing there should be a boobie prize for the worse wrong answer, ie the one farther mile/km from the acual location.

Ah well, it's self-interest - both competitions so far have been launched when I am asleep, by the time I log in it is too late (unless the page of posts before me are all miraculously wrong!)
