Unfortunately, moderators are not glued to their PCs 24-7, Dramnek. That's why I'm doing something about it now. That was quite a long thread and I didn't read every single post on it. I have ten forums to moderate here, four of them being the busiest ones (not using this as an excuse). We do our best, but we also rely on YOU guys to let us know if something has offended you. I don't know if you realized it, Dramnek, but your post above is insulting to religious people. Not your opinion, but the way you posted it, since you are belittling ALL of us by calling us "strange", "illogical", "emotional", "ungrounded from reality" and claiming that we "should" have to prove the existence of our God to unbelievers without substantiating any of your statements. Okay, I have to congratulate Yorick on his restraint - I would've gotten angry, not started laughing. But I still say: People (this speaking generally), even when you're flamed at or flamebaited, don't respond. Try to keep IW the nice community it is, even if some people (no Dramnek this is not directed at you!) don't. They'll be banned soon enough if they don't adapt!

I agree with Dramnek_Ulk.

I see no flamebaiting in his post on religion. Those who are bothered by it, do not have the strong faith they espouse. A flame is flame and subject to the rules we are here abiding by. If the rules are not followed, all hell may break loose.

Itis definitely OK to post your complaint here!

I agree with Dramnek. Personal insults are uncalled for, regardless of the content of a post.
We ARE supposed to have freedom to express our viewpoints in Western Democracies, but personal insults are not allowed in this forum by order of Choc!

I think Dramnek knew well enough that calling someone's beliefs illogical and saying that they were wrong could provoke strong reactions.
