Some of what they say contradicts that what the others say! I've had to un-learn certain things TWICE!

ah, four teachers? man, i can barely stand 2 regular ones! 4 different ones, even at different times, would probably drive me insane! and music teachers do tend to be a bit contradictory... thats why i stay with the main ones at the school, or my brother.

and hey, i say that if you can get a decent sound out of an instrument, then you can play it well enough for me! of course, whether or not you can play it well enough for an entire song depends...

Hey Sephiroth, how about sometime (not now I'm too tired) we open a "story" thread where everybody writes one sentence of a story at a time? Maybe tomorrow? It would be practice for writing, and it would be fun too! Whaddaya say?

well, we COULD do that, if the mods allow it. i dont think it would be spam since its an entire sentence, so its better than the '3 word song' thread. perhaps we could do that tomorrow...

Oh, sure, I can play a song (I'm not THAT bad). And what I meant with 4 different teachers is that I started with one, who was completely incompetent (I didn't learn anything), then I switched to a good one, then I moved and got a new teacher - he was WORSE than useless; I learned things but the WRONG things, then I switched again and got the teacher I have now. She's ok, she's relatively good. I'm actually learning something (something good not something bad)
