No, but it will upset more that would otherwise been more sympathetic to the US (and coalition). Also, yes, TV is a powerful propaganda tool. But the rumor mill (word of mouth) is just as powerful, if not more. 2:Reward or punishment deserved.

3:The use of athourity to uphold what is just and Lawful.

4:The same as Judge
